The Role

To provide full account management for a specific part of the business

Duties and responsibilities

• To retain and grow your Group Account, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including individual value, billing, product mix and contract renewal
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.

• To present product to the Group Client in terms of NPD, replacement lines and possible de-lists
• To present commercials to the Group Client working within reference frameworks (technical costs etc.) where relevant
• Regular Client visits to discuss sales, wastage, opportunities and ad-hoc items
• Provide RSP Survey data to the Client
• To work with the Client on relevant promotions for each Calendar year.
• Present data internally and to the Client based on sales and wastage figures provided
• Ensure you manage expectations of all stakeholders by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms

The Person

• Experience in Account Management for FMGC

• Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
• Able to implement and working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• IT literate including word processing and spreadsheets, PowerPoint
• Understanding of business pressures within a commercial environment
