Production and Stock Administrator (12 month FTC)

The Role

As a key member of this lively team you’ll play an instrumental role in ensuring stock levels are kept constant through the supply chain for all production lines produced by the brands manufacturing sites. With a strong focus on impeccable customer service you’ll be managing weekly production plans, minimising raw materials waste and maximising production efficiencies to ensure the highest quality products at the best costs for all parties. You’ll use your forecasting expertise and analysis skills to put in place successful plans, accommodating seasonal fluctuations and promotional uplifts. In addition you’ll work closely with internal teams including Production and Commercial, compiling daily production schedules as well as conducting ongoing analysis.

The Candidate

We are looking for a confident Production and Stock Administrator with relevant qualifications coupled with experience in forecasting and demand planning in an FMCG food manufacturing environment. A good level of IT literacy is essential, particularly with Excel. You’ll have a keen eye for detail coupled with an analytical and organised approach as well as a good understanding of planning and procurement procedures. First class communication skills are essential as you’ll have regular dealings with internal colleagues and key customer contacts at all business levels. You’ll also need great project management and numeracy skills in order to achieve success in this diverse role.
