Specifications Technologist - 12 months FTC - Immediately available

Specifications Technologist required - 12-month Fixed Term Contract, to start as soon possible. The client is a market leading foods business with an excellent reputation within food manufacturing for producing high quality and innovative products to major retailers.

The client is looking for an immediately available candidate with extensive experience of writing specifications for the leading UK food retailers.

Main responsibilities will include - writing, approving and processing retailer product specifications for manufactured products. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach is essential as all products must meet the high standards and codes of practice the major UK retailers expect. You must be able to work with consistency and meet tight time frames and deadlines.

This contract is fixed for at least 12 months however there may be the opportunity for the right candidate to become a permanent employee with the business.
