Technical Administrator

Job Title: Technical Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Location: Cambridgeshire

Our client, a leading player in the food sector and are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Technical Administrator to their growing Technical Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Manager you will support across all areas of administration in the technical function, ranging from reporting or specification writing through to customer complaint handing. Its a fast paced and rewarding role working with a close knit team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*Handling all customer complaints processes for the technical team in line with customer / BRC requirements
*Internal follow up investigation - recording findings and working with mangers for action plans
*KPI tracking and trend analysis reports
*Specification Control and system ownership
*Issuing and control of technical documents
*KPI customer reporting
*Quality service levels maintenance
*Technical KPI dash board kept updates
*Entry of information to customer on line systems
*Maintain internal contact lists
*Responding to technical alerts and managing action plan

EXPERIENCE/PERSON SPECIFICATION:
*Previous experience of working in a Technical or Quality Assurance role in the Food or Fresh Produce industry would be preferred but not essential
*Strong administration skills in and FMCG environment
*Be able to work as part of a team and independently
*Possess strong organisational skills and time management
*Pay meticulous attention to detail
*Be able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing to internal and external personnel
*Possess an aptitude for PC skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
