Site Manager for a food manufacturing company which is experiencing significant growth, this role will be to lead the continued development.

This Site Manager vacancy is a key operational role with a food industry company which is growing from strength to strength. This significant growth is set to continue and you'll have the opportunity to lead, manage and inspire the business to be 'best in class'.

It's a true leadership position with the need for an inspirational leader who has a strategic thinking approach. We're looking to secure an ambitious and credible Manager with high energy levels who has previous experience managing a food manufacturing operation and who will bring strong operational experience and knowledge to the team. Equally we require customer and consumer understanding along with very strong financial acumen and people skills.
