Job Details
Food factory manufacturing operations or engineering, usually it's one or the other; what about if you were given the chance to combine the two?
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be the wingman, it will be your job to keep the heart of the factory beating.
You're that rare breed, searching for a home for your talents. You have a real depth of knowledge in engineering, appreciation of effective PPM strategies and of 360 degree food manufacturing operations.
You'll be joining an autonomous company that is part of a large, highly profitable group, with all the challenges and benefits that can bring. This company is on a transitional journey, and has already benefited from significant investment, with more planned. So, you'll be a change agent who will thrive on driving improvements through team engagement and rigorous processes in a highly automated, high output environment.
Food manufacturing experience is essential, if you have bakery operations in your background, even better. And as you'll be working closely with the Group Engineering Manager, credibility in this area is also key.
