About Our Client:

Our client is a vertically integrated supplier of food products to the UK food retailers and manufacturers. They are an established business with a great reputation for quality products and service levels across brand and own label. They run a very slick operation which is becoming more and more automated. With exciting times and growth coming in the future they offer lots of opportunities for internal progression and promotion. About The Role:

You will utilise your experience in managing the major supermarkets to drive the commercial relationship and results forward. Whilst this role is all about profitable sales for you and the retailer, it's also about building sustainable business around a collaborative relationship. Think long term relationships and supply over short term wins. Experience in managing Morrisons and / or the Co-op would be an advantage but is not essential. You will use you experience in category management and promotional activity to drive market share and deliver commercial results.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years experience in managing the P+L and commercial relationships with Morrisons and the Co-op for a food based product. You will have delivered commercial results and helped drive a business forward with the customers. You will have a bright and bubbly personality, be a team player and be driven to progress your career.

Minimum Requirements:

Due to the specific nature of our clients business and the skill set required in order to be considered for this role, you must, as an absolute minimum, have experience in managing the direct commercial relationship with a top 4 supermarket / food retailer.


£50,000 - £55,000 + package DOE
