£55,000 - £60,000 + package

We are seeking a Chief Engineer / Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager who wants to work with a leading food manufacturer with recent investment and expansion in their production facility based in the Somerset/Dorset/Wiltshire area.

You will report into the Site Director and be responsible for managing all production, site services and facilities onsite in addition to a team of engineers. You will work as part of the senior leadership team to strive to achieve world class manufacturing standards.

The following skills and experience would be advantageous to your application:

*Engineering qualification
*Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG
*Experience of external and internal audits
*Budget control
*Capex project management
*Lean manufacturing knowledge
*Upskilling and recruiting a team of great engineers
