We are seeking a Project Engineer to work a leading food manufacturing business based in Cornwall that has a significant amount of investment and expansion planned on the site. They produce a number of different products which can be seen in all major supermarkets and across the global.

You will report into the Project Manager and be responsible for performing and organizing a number of different projects across the site. You will be communicating with onsite engineering department to ensure the work is completed in a timely fashion. This role can you the opportunity to progress into a project manager position as the investment increases.

The following skills and experience would be advantageous to your application:
*Degree in an engineering related subject
*Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG
*High level on planning and organizational skills
*Able to work with pneumatics and hydraulics
*Good decision making skills
*Project management experience
