£38,000 - £40,000
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer to work with an award winning food manufacturer based in Somerset. They produce a range of highly recognizable products that can be seen in all major retailers.
You will report into the Engineering Manager and work closely with the production department to ensure the production lines work at optimum levels. You will be carrying planned maintenance through the CMMS systems and reacting to breakdowns in a timely manner.
If successful you will be rewarded with a great salary and a fantastic pension, medical and life assurance package.
The following skills and experience would be advantageous to your application:
*Electrical engineering qualification
*Apprenticeship trained
*Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG
*PLC fault finding experience - using ladder logic.
*Able to work with pneumatics and hydraulics
*Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
