As Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be the person everyone looks to as the calm head under pressure.

You’ll have an operational Midas touch. Every operation you’ve ran will have ran like clockwork. Well, by the time you’ve finished with it will anyway.

You’ll have ran complex supply chain operations in the world of food, drink, personal care or pharmaceuticals.

A medium-sized family-owned business. They have a set of core values that they live by. You’ll be expected to lead by example on these. They manufacture and distribute a mixture of products into various channels.

They’ve undergone a big transformation programme across the company covering culture, operations and performance and you will play a vital role in continuing this transformation.

About You

You’ll be a driven head of supply chain who leads by example. We want someone who is able to engage their team and build high-performing functions with high levels of accountability.

You’ll have experience within food, drink, pharmaceuticals or personal care manufacturing.

The role

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics.

You’ll be tasked with improving Right First Time, Just in Time, OTIF and inventory levels, as well as setting stretching targets for your team.
