The responsibilities of the Operations Manager are wide and varied in this fast paced working environment.  Honesty is a food business and our wholesale division produces high quality food, from bread and pastries, cakes and tarts to savoury items such as pies, pasties, soups and salads.

As you will have shown through previous production roles, the quality of the product is paramount to the success of the business.  Proven high standards and great customer service alongside working knowledge of Food safety and hygiene are a must.

The successful candidate will have excellent team leadership and communication skills at all levels, an organised methodical approach to work and be a great problem solver.

You should have 3 years minimum experience in food production or food related production AND 3 years minimum experience in management.

You might have experience in industrial production that could transfer to food production.

Some warehouse and logistics experience would be preferred.
