We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Group Operations Director to manage the entire UK operation of a high-profile fresh produce grower; supplying some of the UK's best loved supermarkets.
If you are a highly skilled, knowledgeable and strong Operations Director with a proven track record in the fresh produce sector, experience in managing multiple sites, strategy, packing and production with full P&L responsibility we want to speak to you.
You will be a hands-on and dynamic operations expert who enjoys and thrives on leading people and maintaining an exception level of service. The role requires an excellent communicator who has knowledge in harvesting and packing and a commercially savvy professional.
This opportunity comes with an excellent salary of at least £90K + package to reward a fresh produce Operations Director who is a natural leader and brilliant motivator.
