We are now looking for a new Supervisor/Production Manager to join a small privately owned business who are undergoing a large period of growth in both staff and site.
Reporting to our Operations Manager
- Leading, motivating and supervising our bakery team day-to-day
- Ensuring we maintain high productivity levels with excellent quality standards
- Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with the control of stock levels of materials
You will need:
- Experience working in a professional bakery
- An understanding of how to undertake demanding work with precision
- To be a natural team leader, preferably with previous experience of successfully managing a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualifications in Health & Safety and Food Safety would be an advantage
- A positive, proactive approach
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
