HR Officer

My client is looking for an HR officer that has experience of dealing with unions and understands Contract law and employment legislation within a fast paced environment.

The Role

• HR Contract law
• Employment Legislation
• Dealing with Unions
• Agency Worker Regulations
• Ethical Audits
• Recruitment through to candidates start date
• Preparing Absence & Turnover stats
• Project work

The Candidate

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in a fast paced environment 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Innovative
• Flexibility to get the job done is a must
• CIPD qualified (level 5 and above)

What is on offer

• Salary £25K (up to £30K for an exceptional candidate)
• 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm 1 hour lunch unpaid per day
