Salary: £20,000 to £24,000

The Goods In Supervisor will be:
*Ensuring a safe working environment exists for all staff.
*Leading the team to follow the operational plan and ensuring 100% customer service is reached.
*Managing attendance and performance within the team
*Managing material stock accuracy to ensure no products go to waste.
*Driving improvements and always looking for ways to improve the operation.
*Supporting the team and training them on all aspects of the role.

It is also essential that you have experience in the food industry- chilled, frozen or ambient will be considered and in a similar role such as a goods in or out team leader, logistics manager, logistics supervisor or similar.
