Senior Production Manager / Ops

The responsibilities of the Operations Manager are wide and varied in this fast paced working environment.  My client are a Food Manufacturing business who are an up and coming brand looking for someone who can help drive their business in the right direction. They have outgrown their previous factory and have created this role to ensure structure and C.I is put in place. 

As you will have shown through previous production roles, the quality of the product is paramount to the success of the business.  Proven high standards and great customer service alongside working knowledge of Food safety and hygiene are a must.

The successful candidate will have excellent team leadership and communication skills at all levels, an organised methodical approach to work and be a great problem solver.

You should have 3 years minimum experience in food production or food related production AND 3 years minimum experience in management.

You might have experience in industrial production that could transfer to food production.

Some warehouse and logistics experience would be preferred.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
