We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Site General Manager / Head of Operations to manage a busy and integral part of a high-profile fresh produce growing business; supplying some of the UK's best loved supermarkets.
If you are a highly skilled, knowledgeable and strong Operations professional with a proven track record in the fresh produce sector, experience strategy packing and production with P&L responsibility, we want to speak to you.
You will be a hands-on and dynamic operations expert who enjoys and thrives on leading people and maintaining an exception level of service. The role requires an excellent communicator who has knowledge in harvesting and packing and a commercially savvy professional.
