We currently have an opportunity for a full time permanent International Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Department.  The role will be based at our Glenbervie site although occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be required.


The purpose of this newly created role is to support the Head of International with the development of the International Strategy, with appropriate insight and trends from internal and external resources, covering new product and market opportunities.

The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for following current industry trends to identify opportunities for new product development (NPD), and existing product development (EPD) in line with market trends and the project management of these developments through from inception to launch and liaise with Head of International on development and execution of business unit market and product development roadmap.

Working closely with internal key stake holders including the communications team, the successful candidate will develop a relevant and engaging communications plan for International markets and appropriate channels.  In addition, working with the other business units on Category and Channel specific customer presentations will demonstrate how our products meet current and future market trends.

The role also has responsibility for range rationalization, delists and associated communications with all key stakeholders. 


The successful candidate will ideally possess the following experience and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level highly desirable;
  • Professional Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing (CIM) is desirable;
  • Able to demonstrate previous involvement/experience in Product Development; and
  • FMCG/Food Service experience across a diverse portfolio of products.



The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative, proactive individual with the commercial capability to deliver viable products to the market place.  You will have a proven track record of project management and have the ability to convert market data analysis into actionable insight.  You should have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong IT skills and attention to detail focused on delivery and completion.
