Customer Supply Executive

Reporting to the Customer Supply Manager you’ll be coordinating and maintaining order management plans for key customers, answering queries and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure that customer orders are efficiently delivered to the right place at the right time with professional customer service. You’ll have overall responsibility for order administration tasks such as consolidating purchase orders and organising credit note requests whilst liaising with finance to ensure all invoicing tasks are done in an accurate, timely manner. Additionally, you’ll be there first point of contact for customer queries and support in the resolution of complaints ensuring the customer is kept proactively up to date with progress of their order at all times.
We are looking for a customer focused, commercially aware Supply Chain or Logistics professional who has previous experience in a similar role within the food industry. It is essential that you have strong communication and relationship building skills as you’ll be liaising with important customers and suppliers on a frequent basis. You’ll also have acquired a proven track record of driving continuous improvement along with an eye for detail and an analytical approach which will enable you to devise effective business solutions. In addition it is also vital that you possess excellent organisation and planning skills and have a high level of IT literacy.
