HR Manager | Fresh Produce | South Lincolnshire

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading fresh produce business based in South Lincolnshire, this is a stand alone role, so it is a must have that you have previously worked in a fresh produce business. The role will report into the General Manager, where you will set the HR strategy for the business, you will lead all site recruitment for the business, maintain employee files and personnel data and ensure the working environment is controlled and enhanced ie appraisals, PDP's, Training H&S etc.

This business supplies into the major retailers therefore it is essential that you understand retailer requirements and are up to date with current legislation. You will be responsible for ethical compliance, and KPI for customers. Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. You will be highly organised, possess the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.

In return the business offer a highly competitive salary of circa £50k plus package.
