My client is looking for an HR Administrator to assist the HR Advisor, Legal and Finance Manager in the preparation, administration and maintenance of HR and legal documentation and systems.

The Role

  • Assist in administration of monthly payroll for UK employees
  • Support the HR Advisor with HR projects
  • Assistance with sickness, holiday and probation records; recording and monitoring information
  • Seeking employment references
  • Prepare offer letters and employee contracts
  • Employee Inductions
  • Maintaining the HR Management Information (MI) and Employee files (Doc Man)
  • Ensure all letters and employee correspondence is placed on Doc Man (Electronic HR files)
  • Assist in the recruitment process, JD’s, internal ads, short-listing and interview packs

The Candidate

  • CIPD Level 3
  • Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • IT skills: must be a competent user of Microsoft packages, including advanced Word skills
  • Must have a 'can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Ability to work using own initiative
