You're a Development Chef considering the next level, or you're already in an NPD management position. You've cut your teeth in one or two categories perhaps. This opportunity really only suits an NPD professional that has a commercial desire to lead the customer on the Innovation journey. The position therefore gives you so much scope to develop new, improve upon existing and trial daring concepts across a range of categories due to the application of these food products.

Presenting your ideas and working closely with two National Account Managers that open doors and introduce you as the culinary genius of the company, is from our experience in this industry - the perfect balance. There are international colleagues in the Development teams who also collaborate with you in getting the flavour profiles, texturisation and application just right for the UK market.

The devil is in the detail of course, but simply put… we want to speak with creative thinkers within food manufacturing whose professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude towards recipe development and food design will be genuinely welcomed and embraced here.
