Our client is a leading player in the FMCG Market and as part of their future growth plans they are now looking for a Head of HR to join and help develop and grow the business through their people.
We are looking for either an ambitious Senior HR Manager or a current Head of HR who feels frustrated at their lack of progress looking for their next challenge within a progressive business.
You will be charged with creating and delivering an integrated Strategic People Plan alongside SLT, delivering the HR strategy set alongside the Group HR Director and then communicating it across the business. The HR function is valued within this business and are key stakeholders in business decisions, so a business partnering mentality is key. Senior management have strong working relationships with the HR function and building internal relationships and trust quickly will be important.
This role will be standalone with the shared service function sitting parallel with a dotted line report in, allowing the incumbent to integrate and work closely on business plans, man power planning and future people sourcing challenges with SLT. That being said, supporting from an operational standpoint is also vital so the right individual will also be capable of rolling their sleeves up and beings hands on.
