Role: Training and Development Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 per annum
A leading FMCG business are looking for a talented candidate to create, manage and organise the training and development of staff on site. This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself with a big player in the sector and the role will be challenging but also very rewarding.
Your main duties will be:
*Provide training to all staff across the site including support, direction and coaching.
*Establish and deliver training plans in line with the business objectives.
*Setup and maintaining training systems for managing and developing employees.
*Identify training needs within the company and devise new training programmes.
*Promote methods of continuous improvement in the training and development of staff.
*Ensure that all internal and external training and development activities are cost-effective and beneficial to the individual and business.
*Attend daily and weekly meetings with all managers to advise and update where the business needs improvement on.
*Ensure the business complies with all relevant legislation.
*Experience in a similar Training and Development role in the FMCG sector
*Excellent written and verbal communications
*Strong IT skills including Powerpoint and Excel
