Goods In Manager (Food Manufacturing)

£28,000 - £32,000

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Goods in Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing company on a Monday to Friday days based role.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for making sure raw materials and packaging materials are available to meet production plans as well as managing raw material stock levels. Great organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own using your initiative. A Key part of your role will be to maintain the high H&S standards and quality of the work being carried out.

Strong and effective communication skills at all levels will be required as you will be expected to liaise with multiple departments across the site. To be considered for the Goods in position you will need a proven track record within the food manufacturing environment as a Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Team Leader/Warehouse Manager with excellent leadership skills and ability to train and develop your team.

As a Goods in Manager you will be instrumental in driving the team's performance ensuring they achieve above and beyond expected KPI's as well as creating a culture to thrive in.
