Training and Development Manager
If you are a trainer looking for a role that you can make your own but don't want to have to implement every procedure from scratch then we need to talk. A rare opportunity in a growing company where you can make your mark with a team of around 400.
You will report into the HR Manager who you will work closely with whilst supporting the senior management team in order to improve an already positive culture from a training and development perspective.
Naturally you will spend a lot of time speaking with partners of the company and exploring new schemes and ways of working. This employer is very keen for this person to grow with the company and to put forward their own ideas that they will have picked up during their career within the FMCG industry.
You will have to have the ability to implement training programs, training plans and training KPI's through different methods.
You'll be expected to have excellent use of IT programs and experience of setting up and maintaining training systems. Using a wide range of resources and media for training delivery is something that you have done all your career.
