The organisation

A leading FMCG manufacturer seeking to recruit an Head of Customer Services

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Managers ensuring best practice and delivering high levels of customer service

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, manage and develop team members
  • Customer service queries and issue resolution
  • Monitor and report customer service performance (operational, budgetary and service levels)
  • Develop and operationalise new Sales & Order Processing process for the business
  • Develop process maps and standard operating procedures
  • Develop an ongoing programme of planning improvement initiatives and lead implementation including Process Mapping, Process Design, Process flow charts and RACI charts
  • KPI dashboard design, construction and maintenance
  • Identification and analysis of potential cost savings

The Candidate

Previous experience within Customer Services Management gained within a FMCG business

Previous experience of ERP systems

Effective influencer and motivator

Change management exposure

Strong stakeholder and cross functional management skills
