The Role

We are seeking a transformational supply chain professional to lead our supply planning, logistics and customer service teams. Working together with colleagues in procurement and manufacturing the overall objective is to create value for AB World Foods by optimising service, inventory and cost of goods whilst delivering a challenging change agenda.

The position demands an individual who has both first-hand experience of planning/logistics/customer service and the vision to help create the supply chain of the future for AB World Foods.

The Candidate

You will be a successful and inspirational leader who knows what good looks like and has a track record of delivering excellent fundamentals in a fast changing environment whilst also setting the future direction. You will have a real passion for building high performing collaborative teams and providing leadership to deliver AB World Food’s ambitious international supply chain strategy.

The right individual will be autonomous and also a team player in the collective leadership responsibility to make AB World Foods a great place to work, grow and develop. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful performance in end to end FMCG supply chain, ideally gained in the food arena. You will have motivated, managed and developed teams in a complex supply chain. You will be expert in planning, inventory management, customer order management 3rd party logistics management and experience of S&OP. You will be able to work cross-functionally with ease and impact & influence at board level.
