Most importantly, you'll love it.
You'll need to have done this before within a food manufacturing business. You'll know how to analyse market data, influence key stakeholders internally and within key customers, and know when there's mutual value.
It's likely you'll have degree level qualifications, and have been successful in a similar role. You'll know your way around the UK grocery retailers and coffee shops, and be able to build relationships.
