This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Development professional that enjoys the front-end development of highly innovative products. This role has a real breadth and can offer you an excellent sense of achievement as there is a tangible result within the role.

The role will manage a team of NPD professionals and is retail facing, working very collaboratively with the customer on projects for the immediate product range but also on longer term initiatives. This role would also work closely with Commercial and Category teams understanding the consumer insight and utilising this to provide on trend products to the market.

This is an exceptional site that has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of work planned for the future.

You will need:
  • Proven experience in food development
  • Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
  • The ability to influence at all levels
  • Drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team
  • Good standard of IT skills
  • Experience of dealing directly with the Retailers
