The Role
This role is key within the R+D team and will involve taking part in scientific research and data analysis to ensure products are produced in a sustainable way without comprising quality. You will translate consumer needs through R+D to address key challenges and design experiments and statistical analysis to interpret data in the right way. There will be a big focus on agriculture, biology and factory processing and involve multiple internal teams in projects. You will initiate new innovation concepts for proposing to customers, and inform the business on new scientific research methods to guide future innovation.
Personal Profile
- Degree in biology, agriculture or similar scientific subject
- Use of statistics
- Experience conducting applied scientific trials
- Presentation and communication skills
- Able to persuade and made leadership decisions to drive business
