The job

The Technical Manager is responsible for managing and driving a quality culture from management through to the factory floor, ensuring that the business is audit ready every day and the quality team is constantly striving for improvements in ways of working.

Working closely with the Site Quality Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business is operating effectively, and that all due diligence is taken to guarantee the high standards expected by consumers of a luxury brand without the external pressure of UK retailers or food service customers.

Your experience

To be considered for the Technical Manager job, you will possess extensive QA / technical experience from within food manufacturing; this role would suit someone looking for their first or second Technical Manager role and looking to progress their career. You will have excellent working knowledge of the latest BRC standards and HACCP plus experience working to high standards i.e. supplying to M&S. You will preferably be degree educated in a food-based discipline.
