Are you a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor looking for your next contract?

I am currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join a large food business and start ASAP.

Initially offered as a 3-month contract, the successful individual will benefit from a daily rate of £250 to £300p/d depending on qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities
*Compile and record HS&E statistical data to deliver reporting requirements
*Maintain the Site HS&E systems to ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and agreed on internal standards
*Conduct routine Risk Assessments and reports in line with location requirements to monitor compliance with policy
*Support both internal and external HS&E audits and inspections to meet with agreed guidelines and standards
*Deliver basic HS&E training to factory floor colleagues to support the business.
*Ensure best practice in risk assessments, standard operating procedures, toolbox talks and newsletters to support the delivery of the Site HS&E plans

The Ideal Candidate
*National /professional qualification (preferably at degree level) in Health, Safety and Environment
*Up to date knowledge of HS&E legislation
