Customer Services Manager job for a food manufacturing company, working closely with the major food retailers, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Customer Services Manager required by a food manufacturing company based in Norfolk. This is a newly created job offering the exciting opportunity to make the role your own whilst having an immediate positive impact within the business.

Working for this renowned company will be fast-paced. It's a business which is focused on its people, their development and engagement.

The Customer Services Manager role reports to the Supply Chain Director and sits between production planning, sales, distribution and expediting. This is a customer facing role with customers including the major food retailers such as M&S, Tesco etc. Leading a team of Customer Service Advisors you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience, ensuring the highest standards are delivered whilst improving processes and procedures for effective communication and interactions.

We're looking for the following attributes:
  • Customer service experience within a manufacturing company supplying FMCG to the major food retailers
  • Experience of managing a customer services team
  • Previous experience within a customer facing role (ideally food retailer customers)
