Multi-skilled Engineer, Newquay

We're one of the world's biggest dairy producers. Join our Trevarrian site in Newquay, Cornwall as a Multi-skilled Engineer, and improve the way we make food that is loved by millions.

Here at Arla we do much more than make some of the world's favourite dairy products. A responsible and forward-looking business, we make healthy taste delicious, mornings worth getting up for, and family dinners unforgettable. Cravendale®, Anchor®, Lurpak® and Castello® - names like these make us a vital, natural part of modern life in over 100 countries worldwide.

Create the Future
Making our highly automated, highly efficient processes work even better. You will find faults, diagnose issues and solve problems on a fascinating mix of old and cutting-edge new equipment. You will improve rather than just maintain and will work with the production teams and site leadership to make sure our equipment can do everything we need it to do.

Grow with Arla

Because we're committed to professional development and promoting from within. Our positive and collaborative culture will bring out the best in you. And you'll join a market leader who produce nutritious household-favourite brands in a way that makes things better for our customers, the farmers who own us, and the whole world.

You won't just be improving our technology - you'll be improving your own prospects too. We're in-vesting across our sites, so you'll get to broaden your skills on the very latest machinery.

You are

You will be a talented multi skilled engineer with FMCG manufacturing experience and a good understanding of LEAN techniques. You're used to working to professional and industry standards and will be an excellent communicator, able to work with others to deliver results and drive meaningful improvements.

A recognised electrical apprenticeship and a 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification and experience with PLCs and Pneumatics would be an advantage.

Apply

Apply online as soon as possible but no later than 1st November 2018. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package in line with the current market. We look forward to hearing from you.
