Making our highly automated, highly efficient processes work even better. Reporting to the Site Services Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be to achieve high levels for maintenance, CI and area standards. You will contribute to developing the PPM schedule onsite utilising Arla best practices, lead continuous improvement, introduce condition based monitoring and embed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) into the working day. You will also provide shift cover for the effluent plant operation as and when required.

You will work on a 4 on 4 off shift rota covering day and night shifts so applicants must be prepared/able to work these hours if need be.

You are
You will be a talented and qualified engineer with FMCG manufacturing experience and a good understanding of LEAN techniques. Experience with industrial steam generating boilers and chilled water and refrigeration plants is desirable. You will be used to working to professional and industry standards, and will be confident with electrical or mechanical engineering. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work with others to deliver results and drive meaningful improvements.

A HNC or equivalent in the field of engineering would also be desirable.
