This should be the mindset within any business, as the customer is integral to success.

One of our key clients is looking for an Interim Customer Service Manager, whilst recruiting a permanent solution. The assignment length could see you through to Easter as this is a critical trading time for our client. So, for a proven interim a 5 - 6 month contract could be just what you're after?

The role itself has management responsibility, with six direct reports. The key remit of this role is evident in the job title - Customer Service - you will be the company's key contact when it comes to its customers who are made up of leading UK retailers and B2B organisations.

In essence, this is a supply chain role as you will be responsible for customer orders throughout the complete supply chain, from order to store. The role collaborates closely with production planning, sales, distribution and logistics.

If you're a Supply Chain / Planning Interim with customer facing experience, this would be an ideal role for you.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
