Excellent opportunity for a graduate level Junior Buyer to join the procurement team of a leading food manufacturing business.

This role is a great first step in to the fast-paced world of multi-site procurement! Working for a leading, hugely successful food business you'll join a company renowned for its great culture, fantastic food products and long-standing workforce.

They now need a Junior Buyer to join the team in this varied and fast-paced role. You'll quickly get a really good understanding of how all the food ingredients that we see on the shelves in the supermarkets are bought. You'll get involved in tracking and monitoring commodity prices on world markets, work closely with the wider business and develop relationships with key suppliers.

Candidates will need to have a real enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Ideally of graduate level, you will have experience of working within a buying function within the food/FMCG sector. You'll need to have the potential and ambition to develop your skills and have a straightforward and decisive approach with a logical mind.
