We are a growing recruitment consultancy specialising in permanent placements to the fresh food manufacturing , FMCG and engineering sectors. We are owned by an industry specialist and we differentiate ourselves from the masses, by not slinging CV's around and by meeting or Skyping all of the candidates face to face whom we place. We therefore operate a very personable and professional service to all of our clients.
We operate from modern offices on a business park on the outskirts of Peterborough where it is a lively but professional environment in which to work. We work hard, yet maintain a healthy work life balance and actively encourage everyone in the team to do this, including working from home.
As we continue our growth we are reaching a stage where we need to strengthen our team by appointing another consultant to help out with the existing workload whilst developing further business with new clients. We need therefore someone who was worked in recruitment and ideally food manufacturing recruitment, who can swiftly settle in and help us develop the business further.
The overall package is dependent upon experience, but comes with a higher than average basic salary, an industry leading, simple open ended bonus structure, a selection package of benefits and a LTIP which includes share ownership in the company.
