My Client are a bleeding edge manufacturer who are committed to producing high quality products that taste great.


They are looking for driven, ambitious and eager Individuals to join there ever -growing business.

Due to a recent expansion, they are looking for an Electrically Biased Engineer to join the ever-growing engineering team.

Reporting directly into the Engineering Supervisor, your overall responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the plant while keeping downtime to a minimum.

Key responsibilities will include:

Take prime responsibility for a comprehensive maintenance programme based on an electronic PM system targeted at reducing non-productive time maximising machine availability.

*Support the Triage Engineer in delivering escalated issues
*Carry out planned maintenance schedule
*Respond to breakdowns with a sense of urgency
* Train and assist production to deliver efficient machine setup and rapid start- ups
*Communicate effectively with the engineering team
* Deliver a first class pro-active service and support for production requirements and factory services including PPMs.

*Liaise with contractors when necessary


The following skills and experience would be advantageous to your application:

*Strong food / FMCG background
*Qualification in relevant engineering discipline
*Mechanical and electrical fault finding
*Planned and reactive maintenance
*Panel building / wiring
*PLC fault finding
