Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus package

Our client is a well-established market leader within the food industry. This manufacturer has enjoyed a prominent place in the industry for many years and are set to strengthen their position in the near future through a dynamic and engaging growth plan that places people development at the heart of their growth.

As a result our client is seeking a driven and ambitious HR Manager to help drive the business forward and work alongside the existing and established HR team.

Reporting in to HR Director the role will consist of partnering the Senior leadership team, working on transformational elements of the people agenda, including organisational design, change management, coaching, leadership behaviours, company vision and values and cultural development. You will be managing the delivery of the HR strategy with a large manufacturing team operating over a variety of shift patterns, the role will be busy and fast moving.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to keep track of a busy workload and prioritising task. Ideally you will have a background of at least 5 years HR management within the FMCG industry and a strong knowledge of employment law.
