Role: Goods In Supervisor
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000
Location: Somerset

You will be leading an experienced team to ensure successful delivery of ingredients on site and working closely with the production and planning team to ensure the operation is as undistributed as possible. With this in mind, you will need to be an experienced Logistics and goods in professional currently and be keen to take on a new challenge. They are a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team and can open up avenues in your career that would not be possible in other businesses through training and development.

The Goods In Supervisor will be:
*Ensuring a safe working environment exists for all staff.
*Leading the team to follow the operational plan and ensuring 100% customer service is reached.
*Managing attendance and performance within the team
*Managing material stock accuracy to ensure no products go to waste.
*Driving improvements and always looking for ways to improve the operation.
*Supporting the team and training them on all aspects of the role.
