The job

As Specifications Technologist, the purpose of your role is to be responsible for the population and submission of accurate and on-time specifications and accurate internal specifications, quality contracts and QAS.  You will also be responsible for gathering required information from suppliers and vet the information for compliance, answer specification related queries from customers and within the technical team and complete final label sign-offs all whilst managing customer expectations and time scales.

Your experience

We are seeking a committed and positive individual with a good technical experience from within the food industry. You will possess sound working knowledge of product specifications, covering as many of the UK retailer systems as possible. You will be an effective communicator, have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
