Sales Support | Fresh Produce & Fruit

We are working with a well known and very highly thought of fresh produce business currently looking to add to their Commercial team with an enthusiastic new member.

The Job:

In this position you will be working closely with the Sales team, stock departments and order taking. Your role will be predominantly working with easy to use systems within the business to ensure that orders are both correct and in the right place at the right time, this will involve looking after transport and customs documentation for various orders. You will also be working closely with customers on their returns and rejections and feeding this information back into the business where possible to ensure that if there is an issue, it is fixed.

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role you would have the following:
Ideally experience in Sales Support or Sales of some nature.
Experience within fresh produce, fmcg or agriculture would be desirable.
Computer literate, numerate and with excellent communication skills.
