Our client is a leading fresh produce contract packing and logistics business, who provide a complete end to end service via state of the art facilities and transport. The Job:
They are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their site based in Kent. Reporting into the Operations Director, the Supply Chain Manager will bring together Planning, Sales Order Process, Stock/Inventory Control, Customer Reporting, Packaging and Ancillary Management and System Administration. This job will drive operational execution and service levels, as well as most importantly providing customers with full transparency and feedback of information. The hours will be Monday - Friday days, however flexibility during peak periods is a must.

The Candidate:
For this role, it is essential that you have a can-do attitude that will be projected onto the team, which will allow for a collaborative working culture. You must be able to make and maintain strong partnerships with operational colleagues, customers and supply partners, to ensure all customer demand and inventory requirements are planned and met.

You must have experience in a similar role, and be completely capable of supporting, directing, coaching and developing your team in all areas of responsibility, ensuring they have skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and safely.
