As Technical Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the technical and production departments by providing them with administrative and technical support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recording quality KPIs and activities.
Processing all complaints documentation.
Maintaining the Quality Management System.
Completing customer specifications
Monitoring of GMP and hygiene standards.
Participating in sensory panel sessions.
Being an active HACCP member.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience of working in a technical or quality role and/or internal auditing.
Have strong organisations, communication and IT skills.
Have scored a grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English.
Are able to work on their own and use their initiative.
Ideally have knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP and food legislation.
