Based in Nottinghamshire our client is one of the most well-known food manufacturers in the area - looking for someone who has relevant experience of working in the food industry and who is driven to succeed.

The main duties for the role will include:

- Auditing of production processes and documentation and monitoring of GMP & hygiene standards.
- Complaint and foreign body investigations with conducting glass and tractability audits.
- Probe calibration, swabbing and sample collection.
- The role will also include coaching production staff & problem solving

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or a placement year.

The ability to create and provide accurate and detailed reports on your practices - preferably have knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards and food legislation.
