Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Big Foot, the Lochness Monster, a specifications technologist.

Some say they're all mythical creatures but I disagree.

I've actually seen Big Foot and Nessie so it's just the elusive spec tech I'm waiting on now.

I won't bore you with a list of responsibilities for this job. As the good spec tech that you are, you already know what you'll be doing from a specs point of view.

However, this role works cross-functionally across the business and will have you involved in more areas of technical as well as other departments within the business with a particular strong link with the Process team. Giving you the perfect platform to progress in either Technical or NPD!

It is also a new role to the business, meaning that you'll have the autonomy and freedom to really make the role your own.

We both know that a healthy work/life balance is crucial, and this is genuinely a business that cares a lot about their people and their culture. Meaning flexibility in working hours and a real push to get people out of the door on time.

With new faces coming in at the top of the business, they have gone through a lot of positive change over the past year, with exciting projects coming up.

You'll also have the chance to work under one the highest regarded (and also award winning) NPD Managers who is big on the training and development of her team.

So spec techs, don't just click the back button, come out of hiding and give James a call on 01733 391 515 for an informal chat.
