The ‘Tea Buyer & Blender’ is a valued position here at Twinings. The TB&B must ensure that our teas are of the highest quality and most exquisite flavours so they can be used in any one of over 300 premium blends. Along with determining great taste, the TB&B must ensure that our teas are being purchased at the very best price possible.

Being a Tea Buyer & Blender means having a passion for tea; tasting hundreds of teas from all over the world and being consistently inspired to taste more. Using the first class training and support provided by Twinings, this person will help to build and strengthen our long-term relationships with producers and will thrive on the opportunity to travel to exotic tea producing countries.

You’ll possess strong commercial acumen in addition to excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be someone who pays attention to detail and has a willingness to invest time in training and development to ensure your tea knowledge, buying and blending skills are second-to-none.
